As many as you like. Cabin has no limit on how many songs an artist can record during their session, however the number of songs you manage to complete is all down to how well rehearsed the band is and how competent you are as a musician.

Cabin has accumulated and invested in equipment that bands are welcome to use AT NO EXTRA CHARGE. We have a selection of guitar amplifiers as well as a studio drum kit.

By all means but if you are bringing your own cymbals please check that we have enough cymbal stands.

Cabin is one of the few recording studios able to offer this luxury of all band members playing together at stage placings and volume. This is great for obtaining a good feel of the tracks. A good drum take is recorded first then overdubs and master vocals can be done at a later stage.

Not any more! With digital recording and the advanced editing features available from the software we are using we can piece together a track or repair a couple of seconds of any part of the recording. You may for example just want to redo a lead guitar riff, or sing again a verse or a word of the song.

Each band/artist will leave with a Master Audio CD at the end of the session, which is included in the session cost.

We are situated across the road from a pub that serves food and a variety of local takeaways that will deliver. We have coffee/tea facilities.
